SCOM 2012 IP for Orchestrator Without the SCOM Console Installed

I had written and published this post when I  found that I was missing one of the three DLL's needed for the "hack" to work, and I had to ask Jabob for help. Since this is a top10 hit when Googling scom ip connection I might as well publish the post and link to Jackbs guide on how to do this.
